without a search warrant and determine the origin and cause of the fire and/or explosion which occurred on or about _____________________; to enter all areas of the premises and or property - even those where the fire and/or explosion did not cause damage - and to search and seize evidence which may be relevant to the investigation.

I agree to allow officers of the above Department (and others assisting the above department) to take photographs and videos of the premises and or property, to remove debris, materials, documents or other property, knowing that they may be submitted for examination, analysis and testing.

I understand that this examination of the premises and or property may take more than one day and agree to allow the entering and remaining in or on the entire premises or property for as long as necessary.

I understand that if I do not give consent, no one may enter the premises and or property without a search warrant. I give my consent voluntarily, without threats or promises of any kind.
