Abstract: This article announces product recalls of dangerous items that may be found in homes. Included in the list are halogen torchiere floor lamps that were made before 1997. The CPSC is giving out free wire guards to be installed on top of the lamps. CPSC also recommends using a bulb of 300 watts or less.
