Abstract: This pamphlet contains information handed out at a seminar conducted by the Missouri chapter of the IAAI. The Pamphlet specifically addresses issues concerning Missouri. The Missouri Insurance Fraud Reporting Act is provided, along with the Missouri Arson Immunity Act. The Missouri Fraudulent Insurance act and the Kansas Fraudulent Insurance act are also provided for comparison. Burden of Proof, examination under oath, and bad faith litigation are discussed in general terms. The pamphlet also includes a glossary of terms related to insurance investigation.
